On my day off ...

I accomplished a lot of important things today.  Things of utmost importance like ...

Going to Walgreens to buy new eyelashes and then taking a million photos of myself from all different angles to see how natural (or unnatural) they look on me.

These are called eyelash "accents" and I think they work better on me because they're smaller and don't cover as much of my eyelid and hence are much more comfortable to wear.  I just can't wear normal extensions - they're so itchy!  FYI to husband - I left about 20 photos of my eyelashes on your iPhone so you can stare at them (me) all day long if you'd like.

I also made a bag today!

My sewing machine was looking really pitiful sitting in the corner covered in dust so I decided to put her to work.  Plus I had already made the handles from a previous project so I was able to whip this guy together in less than 2 hours.

And after all that sewing I even had some energy left over to put together a decent meal.  Quite an accomplishment given we haven't really cooked dinner in weeks because of .. well because we've just been lazy.

Handmade pizza with Italian sausage, broccoli and onion.  Why I even made a tomato and mozzarella salad for an appetizer.

And finally, I spent about 30 minutes this evening trying to video tape my belly moving.  Harder than it sounds given that baby is obviously camera shy.  As soon as I push record he stops and as soon as I push stop record, he moves.  It's the strangest thing.  Anyhow, I won't post that because my skin looks very angry right now and would probably startle you.

This is what my husband did all day.

Literally.  All day.  He started at 11 am and it's about 9:30 pm now and he's still sitting there.  Sometimes I wonder about him.

Anyhow, I think I'll have a banana and then call it a night.

I use the tote you made me (same fabric as This one!) almost every day! I used it today to lug some groceries home! :)
